ALL-INCLUSIVE ROUTE
Our enrolled occupancies inform our availability in each age-group going forwards, so that we continue to work within the statutory ratios of staff:children set out in the EYFS. Therefore, please contact nursery to find out what future availability we have from today. Government funding is not intended to cover the costs of meals, other consumables, additional hours or additional services.
- FULL DAY: £85.30 (8am – 6pm)
- HALF DAY: £49.00 (8am – 1pm)
- EARLY START EXTRA CHARGE: £7.25 (7.30am – 8am)
- STARTER SERVICE FEE £100.00
Our offers cover:
- A reduced all-inclusive fee
- Full Time Discount when booking a full week of 5 days: 5%
- Sibling Discount: 5% (Applies to older sibling and on the regular booking pattern)
This fee covers additional activities across the year, not required by the statutory EYFS but integral to our ethos. These include (but not exclusively) Montessori Activities for Everyday Living, Forest School, special events and celebrations, language-learning, physical education programmes, stay and play events, graduations, Christmas productions, Christmas and Summer fairs, presents. Consumables related to other matters we presently fund are also an inherent part of our service eg suncream, some emergency medicines. Consumables related to all food (including snacks and meals) and drinks (including milks and alternatives) are also included as part of our ethos on food (see our separate Food Policy and menus).
Starter service fee covering the costs of settling-in sessions, associated meals and snacks and administration charges is £100.

The ‘Consumables fee’ and ‘Annual fee’ can be opted-out by bringing your own consumables, at your own cost, and to do so daily. You will need to follow the ‘Bringing Food and Drink to Nursery Policy’ and ‘Food Policy’. We reserve the right to refuse any food and drink which does not follow this policy. Food and drinks will need to be supplied to cover breakfast, morning and afternoon snacks, lunch and tea. Items brought cannot be refrigerated.

Medicines and Gifts to your child are your choice and cost. Paracetamol MUST be provided to nursery for your child. For health & safety reasons, home bags cannot be carrier bags or similar.

FULLY-FUNDED CHILDREN
Fully-funded children will be invoiced showing credited funded hours available from the 38 weeks of funding from the relevant Local Authority, plus any extra hours additional to this take-up.
